SW Prime provides non-emergency medical transportation to any medical facility in our primary service area (Eden Prairie, Chanhassen, Chaska, Carver, and Victoria), including dental and vision offices!

Available locations outside the primary service area include:

• Ridgeview facilities in Waconia and Excelsior
• Select medical facilities in Minnetonka
• Select medical facilities in Edina
• St. Francis Hospital in Shakopee
• Methodist Hospital and Park Nicollet Clinic in St. Louis Park

Rides to Ridgeview facilities are free for the time being. Please note that return rides will require payment.

How do I request a ride?

Rides to medical services may be booked up to 14 days in advance. Return rides are on-demand and can be requested once you are ready to return from your appointment.
